Booking
1. To book room, follow these simple steps :-
a. Ex: If you wish to book hotel in Langkawi, click at ‘Langkawi Island Beach Hotels’/View More Langkawi Island Beach Hotels’
b. Click at ‘Rates’ at the hotel selected
c. Click at ‘Select Room’ type & scroll down
d. Click ‘Step 2: Fill Up Booking Form’
e. Fill up the Booking Form
f. Click ‘Submit Booking’
To book package, follow these simple steps :-
a. Ex: To book langkawi Package. Click at ‘View Langkawi Island Vacation Packages’ or click at 'Package'
b. Select the package that you wish to book based on the hotel listed.
c. Click at ‘Select Package’ based on the room type desired
d. Click ‘Step 2: Fill Up Booking Form’
e. Complete the Booking Form
f. Then click ‘Submit Booking’
2. We offer the lowest rates compared to other competitors for most of the hotels/resorts listed. Therefore, you can save some money and at the same time, indulge in wonderful holidays that meet your budget.
3. Normal day (Non-School Holidays/Eve of Public Holidays/Public Holidays)
Minimum 7 clear working days (excluding Saturday & Sunday) subject to room availability.
School Holidays/Eve of Public Holidays/Public Holidays
Minimum 21 clear working days (excluding Saturday & Sunday) subject to room availability.
4. Yes, customer can book directly to hotel/resort but the rate will not be the same low rate as we offer. Most of the walk in rate to hotel/resort will be higher than what we offer to our customers.
5. Upon payment made and received by us, a booking confirmation slip will be e-mailed/faxed to customer. This booking confirmation slip will be endorsed by the respective hotel/resort. Kindly bring this slip to the hotel/resort upon check-in.
Payment
1. Once the booking is confirmed available, an e-mail will be sent to customer advising on the date to make the payment. Kindly follow the date given.
2. The deadline to make the payment will be advised in the e-mail to customer. Please take note that if the payment is not received as per the deadline given, the room will be automatically released to other confirmed customer.
3. Payment can be made via www.malaysiabeachpoint.com web portal, click at ‘Make Payment’ and follow the procedure from there.

International customers
Credit card & telegraphic transfer

Cancellation
1. Cancellation is allowed subject to the following conditions :-
If booking is cancelled and received by us before booking is confirmed (no payment made yet), there will be no cancellation charge.
If booking is cancelled and received by us AFTER booking is confirmed (payment has been made & confirmation slip issued to customer) and BEFORE the non-cancellation period, a service charge fee of 6% from the total amount will be imposed.
If booking is cancelled and received by us AFTER booking is confirmed (payment has been made & confirmation slip issued to customer) AND IN 3 DAYS OR LESS UPON CHECK-IN DATE (WITHIN ON-CANCELLATION PERIOD) a service charge fee of 6% from total amount will be imposed PLUS OTHER PENALTY CHARGE BY HOTEL/RESORT. A detailed cancellation policy will be sent to customer via e-mail/fax when we issued the confirmation slip.
2. Cancellation charges will follow as per stated above.
3. You can send an e-mail to info@malaysiabeachpoint.com. Please state your reservation order number in the e-mail.
Postponement
Postponement of booking is allowed subject to availability of the date requested.
